Item 8.01.

Other Events

On May 23, 2008 the Board of Directors approved the engagement of Abbrah Publishing LLC (Abbrah), a firm in which the son of James N. Wilson, the Company’s chairman, is a principal, to assist the Company in enrolling patients in its Cushing’s Syndrome trial, based on, among other things, the special qualifications of Abbrah and its willingness to accept performance-based compensation of its services.
